Who is responsible

Tattoo enquiries

When you use the enquiry form, you may provide your name, contact details, tattoo idea, placement, approximate size and reference files. FormSubmit relays that information to the studio so Lilly Ink can reply and discuss your enquiry.

Enquiry information is used only to respond, plan requested work and meet reasonable business or legal obligations. It is kept only for as long as it is needed for those purposes.

Online bookings

Online tattoo appointments and consultations are handled by Square. Square collects the contact, appointment and payment information needed to schedule the service, take any stated deposit and send booking communications. Square’s own privacy information is shown during the booking process.

The website does not receive or store card details. If you email a cancellation request, the details you include are sent directly to the studio through your own email service.

Studio email signups

If you sign up for the subscriber offer, FormSubmit relays your email address, your permission to receive marketing and the offer details to the studio. Lilly Ink uses these details to handle your signup and send the tattoo offers, flash sheets and studio news you agreed to receive.

You can withdraw permission at any time by emailing lillyinktattoo@gmail.com or using an unsubscribe option in a studio email. The studio keeps its subscriber list in Google Sheets. Eligibility for the subscriber tattoo discount is checked against that list; the £40 small flash deal is excluded.

Your browser remembers when you dismiss the introductory offer so it is not automatically shown again for 90 days. After a successful signup, that browser will no longer show the signup automatically. You can still open it or use the permanent footer signup at any time. A temporary marker in the same browser tab can show the small flash offer after the signup form returns; it contains no email address or other form answers.

Analytics and cookies

Google Analytics is loaded only if you select “Allow analytics”. It helps the studio understand page visits, general traffic sources, device and browser information, approximate region, clicks to enquire, call, email or get directions, and enquiry form submissions and returns to the confirmation page. These actions do not confirm an appointment or a completed phone call.

With your analytics consent, a temporary marker in this browser tab links a form submission to its confirmation page for up to 30 minutes. It contains no form answers and is removed when the confirmation is counted or you decline analytics.

Advertising storage and advertising personalisation are disabled. Form answers, uploaded files and contact details are not sent to Google Analytics.

You can decline analytics and continue using every part of the site. Use “Cookie settings” in the footer at any time to change or withdraw your choice.

Your choices

You can ask what personal information the studio holds about you, request a correction or ask for deletion where applicable. Contact the studio using the email address above.
